Position Overview

SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

The Digital Media Specialist has a solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape, providing daily operational and analytic support on the global paid media team. The Digital Media Specialist collaborates with the ad agency and internal partners from start to finish: campaign planning, implementation activities, optimization, and performance reporting.

This role is critical in enabling campaign launches, program maintenance, and providing data-driven insights into program performance. The ideal candidate will embody Pure’s company values, have a collaborative work ethic, strong bias for action, data-driven decision making, a conversion-focused mindset, and a passion to drive impact by delivering experiences that enhance the customer journey and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Determine and organize ad requirements, submit ad creative requests, collaborate with internal partners to ensure needed creative is available for launches, and maintain creative matrices.
  • Organize and submit ad campaign launch requests to set-up tracking in SFDC, Marketo, Adobe, etc.
  • Complete quality assurance and testing of creative assets to ensure proper functionality across browsers.
  • Ensure ad creative adheres to technical specifications and solve for any creative issues that affect implementation, tracking and/or reporting.
  • Implement ads across various platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads.
  • Use best practices to optimize campaigns for performance, conduct A/B testing, and propose ad copy revisions.
  • Manage operations for Content Syndication campaigns including quality control, uploading leads, lead reporting, and optimizing.
  • Collaborate with ad agency and internal partners throughout the campaign from planning, implementation, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce solutions that increase effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • Regularly validate data for inconsistencies and potential issues that need troubleshooting.
  • Effectively apply data analytics to evaluate business performance and identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Build reports and systems to improve data quality and provide regular insights.
  • Work cross functionally to gather data for a holistic picture of business performance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in paid digital media or demand generation.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • B2B Enterprise experience is strongly preferred.
  • Background in the development and management of successful online advertising campaigns.
  • Some experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other online advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency with marketing and communications fundamentals, business objectives, and KPIs.
  • Willingness to learn and understand user motivations and can follow user behavior.
  • Tableau experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Interpersonal skills to help build and nurture collaborative relationships with team members and cross-functional teams.
  • Eager to learn new media channels within the media industry.
