Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Channel Operations team as a Global Channel Operations Analyst. This early career role is ideal for someone with a college degree and 2 to 4 years of work experience who is passionate about driving operational excellence and supporting partner sales teams on a global scale. The Channel Operations Analyst will play a critical role in building and maintaining an energized and passionate partner ecosystem while delivering exceptional service to our partners worldwide.

Responsibilities

Provide operational and business support to partner sales teams across all regions, aligning with the Global Channel Operations team.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, requests, and escalations.
  • Respond promptly to partner inquiries providing accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including PAMs, Sales, Technical Support, and Operations, to address partner issues and concerns.
  • Manage partner service cases in ServiceNow, ensuring proper documentation, resolution, and closure within agreed-upon SLAs.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.  
  • Manage and resolve cases requiring intervention in SalesForce during CPQ (configure, price, quote) and other stages.  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of work experience in operations, customer service or financial roles, preferably supporting reseller and distributor channels.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and the ability to develop financial models and provide insights.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar opportunity management systems (CPQ sofware), ServiceNow and Tableau.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, problem-solve, and produce results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service focus and attention to detail and accuracy.
